After recieving a nice pass, Gaita´s club's Ruperto Urtsin tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jimeno Gumaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Asteri in the 14th minute of play forced Los Espinillos FC's goalkeeper Marcus Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Eate scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimeno Gumaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jaime Cortez made a huge save. The supporters of Los Espinillos FC booed when Gaita´s club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute Zula Munko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Eate, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jimeno Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Cortez having to interfere. The corner ended in Baldomiro Montrell almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gaita´s club's Jaime Cortez did a great save. In the 57th minute Serafino Quilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
