The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Jimeno Eate made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gaita´s club's goalkeeper Jaime Cortez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Torres in the 56th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, KIRICOCHO FC's Ernesto Theodore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 95th minute of the match KIRICOCHO FC got a corner. Gaita´s club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnel Pansoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Gaita´s club's goalie and right to Konstantin Bondov. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Gaita´s club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. KIRICOCHO FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
