With his leg Vavrinec Holub managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Inter de Monte Grande fc's Elpidio Malvin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Elpidio Malvins short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Vavrinec Holub to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Svatopluk Capek hit a great ball. After 41 minutes of play, Inter de Monte Grande fc's Brook Palmington made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Brion in the 45th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub got control of the ball when Elpidio Malvin tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elpidio Malvin made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Czech Republic's Valdemar Turecek seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valdemar Turecek the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Czech Republic protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valdemar Turecek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 65th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bohumir Kohout to maneuver through the defense. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Lamberto went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Gregorio Bidun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Vitek kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Daniel Vitek got a free kick in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Czech Republic's Denis Dostal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Avellaneda. That made the score 5-1 after 87 minutes of play. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Lamberto in the 92nd minute of play. After 92 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Dalimil Charvat. Elpidio Malvin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Bidun in the 96th minute of play.
