The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Walery Kiszkiel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 53rd minute, Albin Holweck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walery Kiszkiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 57 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomáš Ikalewicz in the 59th minute of the match. Ludomil Borcz scored 1-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomáš Ikalewicz's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After 65 minutes of play, Mrocezenko SSA's Tomáš Ikalewicz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Mrocezenko SSA booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomáš Ikalewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Ikalewicz in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Aan Ak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Aan Ak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
