Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Doru Ciuvică started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Alan Rezek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Denis Dostal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sören Malmberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sören Malmberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Dostal went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alan Rezek's late challenge caught a Club 23's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Rezek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute Doru Ciuvică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Rezek to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Doru Ciuvică managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club 23's supporters rose to their feet, but Doru Ciuvică was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute, Valdemar Turecek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Săraru hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Bohumir Kohout hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Druțu Pavel kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Club 23 getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Druțu Pavel hit a great ball. Sören Malmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Jilek in the 31st minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doru Ciuvică went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. David Rusil kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Ciuvică came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Vavrinec Holub managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Club 23's Doru Ciuvică fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Golo Gana fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club 23's protests and gave Golo Gana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Club 23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Golo Gana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Jilek to make the kick off. Alan Rezek kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Golo Gana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 60th minute, Daniel Vitek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doru Ciuvică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 62 minutes, Emanuel Robescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club 23's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Robescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Ciuvică in the 66th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Druțu Pavel hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Club 23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Druțu Mihai didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Golo Gana in the 72nd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Ciuvică in the 73rd minute of play. In the 80th minute, Denis Dostal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Ciuvică in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Golo Gana came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Emil Cioran came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Club 23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Cioran couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Doru Ciuvică notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Ciuvică in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Doru Ciuvică kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Club 23 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
