Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Evaggelos Keratakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerasimos Iakovatos in the 8th minute of the match. The supporters of Denmark booed when Green Horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerasimos Iakovatos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Green Horses's Notis Bartzokas in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gerasimos Iakovatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Periklis Zorbadelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaggelos Keratakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Notis Bartzokas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Simon Bendtsen hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A hard shot 28 in the game by Notis Bartzokas from a close distance when the talented Keld Paulsen managed to make a qualified save. Denmark's players were relieved. When Marcelo Txindoki fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Horses's protests and gave Marcelo Txindoki a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Green Horses's Marcelo Txindoki got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Denmark's Kenn Skou quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Konstantinos Caballeiro, made in the 35th minute of the game. Keld Paulsen acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 36th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Iason Dimitratos. In a very dangerous position, a player in Denmark fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Simon Bendtsen kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Iason Dimitratos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Green Horses and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Iason Dimitratos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Notis Bartzokas to make the kick off. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerasimos Iakovatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Notis Bartzokas in the 55th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Green Horses's corner Konstantinos Caballeiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Keld Paulsen quite easily take care of the ball. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Babbis Markatos in the 60 minute of the game. Konstantinos Caballeiro made in the 62nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Babbis Markatos however managed to control. Iason Dimitratos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Konstantinos Caballeiro with Gerasimos Iakovatos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Green Horses booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Bendtsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaggelos Keratakis struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Horses. Iason Dimitratos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Notis Bartzokas came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Notis Bartzokas notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Denmark's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Green Horses had won, even though Denmark had held more of the ball.
