Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Italy's Zaccheo Andolina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Vellito Alguerdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaccheo Andolina in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vellito Alguerdo saved NAGANO F.C from getting behind. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jari Alenius in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes in the game 郝德坤 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Zsigmond Gyarmati. In the 9th match minute, NAGANO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erk Hong to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Pertti Koskenkorva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pertti Koskenkorva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Erk Hong made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. After having played for 25 minutes, Gabriel Batistuta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NAGANO F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Batistuta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vellito Alguerdo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by NAGANO F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Sostene Vitulli almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo did a great save. 30 minutes into the game, Erk Hong threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 32 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jari Alenius. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 郝德坤, made in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vellito Alguerdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jari Alenius in the 46th minute of play. Jari Alenius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Jari Alenius made the kick off in the second half. NAGANO F.C's attentive Erk Hong managed to snatch the ball when Eliseo Cutri made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Gianpaolo Mascari made in the 53rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zaccheo Andolina immediately put the ball in play. In the 54th minute, Sigfrido Auletta made a precise shot to the right of Vellito Alguerdo. NAGANO F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 64 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Porziano Marchitelli. 65 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's Jari Alenius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Italy's Eliseo Cutri got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jari Alenius in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erk Hong, made in the 72nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jari Alenius in the 80th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. The supporters of NAGANO F.C booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siricio Liotta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Jari Alenius came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vellito Alguerdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Curto in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Italy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
