The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwo Wawrukiewicz got free with Tommy Kahn in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Herbert Domeracki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Domeracki having to make a save. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Domeracki having to interfere. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Domeracki having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KOLIBER OCYPEL's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Domeracki came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Herbert Domeracki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 51st minute of the match. Frank Sachs in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Herbert Domeracki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Bobrowski made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Iwo Wawrukiewicz however managed to control. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Albin Holweck scored 0-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herbert Domeracki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iwo Wawrukiewicz struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KOLIBER OCYPEL. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Herbert Domeracki in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. KOLIBER OCYPEL's Herbert Domeracki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 87th minute of play.
