The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert ter Kruimer to strike the kick off in the second half. Simula Miner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. In the 54th match minute, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daddy Miner to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vit Miner in the 57th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helmuth Miner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 58th minute of play. Popcorn Miner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere.
