Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maurín Dagnino started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, C.A. Peñarol's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Couve came free, but Enzo Baracaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.A. Peñarol's Geofredo Laferte got a free kick in the 6th minute. Enzo Baracaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Couve in the 7th minute of the match. C.A. Peñarol's Enzo Baracaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martino Goyenechea in the 10th minute of play. Maurilio Mendoza kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, C.A. Peñarol's goal looked a bit too open when Martino Goyenechea came free, but Enzo Baracaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Maurino Verschueren notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.A. Peñarol's Enzo Baracaldo. Enzo Baracaldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute, Enzo Lecaroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Baez FC's Aristeo Vodanovic got a free kick in the 30th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Samuel Benavente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Peñarol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Benavente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severino Taylor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demetrio Aicardi in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to C.A. Peñarol getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Enzo Lecaroz hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxi López made a kick off. Severino Taylor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxi López, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxi López in the 60th minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Severino Taylor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Baracaldo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Baez FC's Martino Goyenechea. But to his dismay, Martino Goyenechea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Severino Taylor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxi López in the 67th minute of the match. Enzo Baracaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelado Sobarzo in the 68th minute. 80 minutes into the match, C.A. Peñarol's goalkeeper Enzo Baracaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martino Goyenechea. 81 minutes into the game, Maurilio Mendoza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enzo Baracaldo. Maurilio Mendoza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Severino Taylor came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Peñarol's Maxi López. But to his dismay, Maxi López quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Adriano Couve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Baracaldo having to interfere. If Samuel Benavente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
