Horacio Lanchares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reynaldo Farren charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Farren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Ballet Azul:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★:s goal. The referee gave ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Florinio Abbatte, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ballet Azul's Leonel Montt. 0-1. A collision led to Ballet Azul getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Regino Novajas hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the game, Ysidro Briones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Maximiliano Aguirrebeña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 37 minutes ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Regino Novajas who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Ballet Azul getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Horacio Lanchares hit a great ball. Maximiliano Aguirrebeña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferrán Sarratea in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Ballet Azul's Ysidro Briones ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximiliano Aguirrebeña. Maximiliano Aguirrebeña yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro José Solminihac made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's goalkeeper Leonel Montt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asier Depetris. Reynaldo Farren kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Lander Paez hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ysidro Briones during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Ysidro Briones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asier Depetris got free with Leonel Montt in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 63 minutes, Horacio Lanchares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballet Azul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Lanchares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Ysidro Briones's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Aguirrebeña was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Aguirrebeña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Lanchares came free, but Maximiliano Aguirrebeña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximiliano Aguirrebeña came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ballet Azul's Horacio Lanchares. But to his dismay, Horacio Lanchares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 76 minutes into the match, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goal looked a bit too open when Ysidro Briones came free, but Maximiliano Aguirrebeña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ballet Azul's Leonel Montt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manu Zañartu in the 79th minute of play. Leonel Montt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asier Depetris in the 87th minute of play. Maximiliano Aguirrebeña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Lanchares went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Horacio Lanchares was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Ballet Azul getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Horacio Lanchares hit a great ball. The supporters of Ballet Azul booed when ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xalvador Mimica didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ballet Azul's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
