The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Labra came free, but Elizalde Aguayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elizalde Aguayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Labra in the 5th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Salvador Labra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Snorlax FC's Elizalde Aguayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elizalde Aguayo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Sergio Floto sent off a good shot on target. After 19 played minutes SICARIOS Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Washington Larreta. SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Laurín Grebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Piñera in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Vincente Felice hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match Américo Magnani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elizalde Aguayo skillfully saved the ball. Américo Magnani charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Américo Magnani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Américo Magnani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elizalde Aguayo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Sergio Floto. But to his dismay, Sergio Floto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adalberto Tullet during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adalberto Tullet kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Snorlax FC's Sebastian Piñera got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerard Aris was the one to do the kick off. Laurín Grebe was a little too slow when Sebastian Piñera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerard Aris got free with Laurín Grebe in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute Sebastian Piñera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurín Grebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64thth minute of the game José Francisco Guzmán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Snorlax FC's Elizalde Aguayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elizalde Aguayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricart Lauwerens, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincente Felice in the 77th minute of play forced SICARIOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Laurín Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ricart Lauwerens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elizalde Aguayo was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. A collision led to SICARIOS Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Natanael Segovia hit a great ball. Elizalde Aguayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Floto in the 96th minute of the match.
