Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Julio Oxman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Saint Sophia's Julio Oxman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincente Felice in the 36th minute of play. Marciano Füller struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Julio Oxman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snorlax FC. 44 minutes into the match, Saint Sophia's goalkeeper Julio Oxman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marciano Füller. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
