In the 13th minute of the match Eric Iñiguez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dionisio Costa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leonel Montt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roldán Botello in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Roldán Botello kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonel Montt. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ysidro Briones came free, but Dionisio Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Regino Novajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Dionisio Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Lanchares in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Jonathan Brotfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ysidro Briones came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Ballet Azul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ysidro Briones couldn't finish the play. Omar Arlegui took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Montt. Leonel Montt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 34 minutes into the match, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Lanchares came free, but Dionisio Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Baraquiel Jungejohan made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ballet Azul getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Alvino Klein hit a great ball. Dionisio Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Regino Novajas in the 62nd minute. After 64 played minutes PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC got a freekick which was hit by Loreto Devoto. 65 minutes into the match, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ysidro Briones. In the 67th minute Horacio Lanchares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Regino Novajas kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Dionisio Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Lanchares, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The Ballet Azul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After a rather tough play, Ballet Azul's Victorio Lorie got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the match was over Ballet Azul could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC throughout the match.
