Selmo Rast didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdul Esquerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Cruz in the 9th minute of play forced Snorlax FC's goalkeeper Elizalde Aguayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Francisco Cruz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Snorlax FC's Elizalde Aguayo. Elizalde Aguayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafín Cossio came free, but Elizalde Aguayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes, Jonathan Schlegel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Snorlax FC and the CRUZ DEL SUR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Schlegel hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Blanco Larreta got a free kick in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Manuel Guilisasti during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jose Manuel Guilisasti hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Elizalde Aguayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdul Esquerra in the 26th minute of the match. Adalberto Tullet kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Elizalde Aguayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafín Cossio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes CRUZ DEL SUR got a freekick which was hit by Mónico Queirolo. Abdul Esquerra took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elizalde Aguayo. Elizalde Aguayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 38th minute Abdul Esquerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elizalde Aguayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Mónico Queirolo got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Snorlax FC defense, Blanco Larreta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elizalde Aguayo. The Snorlax FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elizalde Aguayo should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mónico Queirolo to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as CRUZ DEL SUR's Francisco Cruz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elizalde Aguayo. That made the score 0-4 after 51 minutes of play. Tor Viveros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Amato Heyboer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elizalde Aguayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mónico Queirolo went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Elizalde Aguayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafín Cossio in the 85th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Jose Manuel Guilisasti made a precise shot to the right of Elizalde Aguayo. Snorlax FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The Snorlax FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CRUZ DEL SUR were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
