Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maurín Dagnino made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute, C.A. Peñarol's Francisco Martín Brito seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Francisco Martín Brito the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of C.A. Peñarol protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Francisco Martín Brito had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A. Peñarol! In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Baez FC. Maurín Dagnino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Samuel Benavente. 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Martino Goyenechea notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of C.A. Peñarol's Samuel Benavente. Samuel Benavente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.A. Peñarol's Samuel Benavente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Couve in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Cancino in the 22nd minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Severino Taylor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Albert Cancino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Taylor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, C.A. Peñarol's Samuel Benavente got control of the ball when Martino Goyenechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuel Benavente made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Martino Goyenechea sent off a good shot on target. Baez FC's Severino Taylor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timeteo Amthauer in the 29th minute of play. Abner Iturribalzaga hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Henrico Abeliuk made the kick off in the second half. C.A. Peñarol's Samuel Benavente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Villalón in the 51st minute of play. After 53 played minutes C.A. Peñarol got a freekick which was hit by Abner Iturribalzaga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Villalón in the 54th minute of play forced C.A. Peñarol's goalkeeper Samuel Benavente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Benavente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurilio Mendoza, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martino Goyenechea in the 67th minute of play forced C.A. Peñarol's goalkeeper Samuel Benavente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurilio Mendoza hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Samuel Benavente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Couve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Benavente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Couve in the 79th minute of play. Gerardo Villalón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Maurín Dagnino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Benavente was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 87 minutes of play, Baez FC's Adriano Couve made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Benavente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samuel Benavente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martino Goyenechea in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Baez FC booed when C.A. Peñarol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abner Iturribalzaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Benavente came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Baez FC's Maurín Dagnino. But to his dismay, Maurín Dagnino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. There was no doubt that Baez FC were the better team. Baez FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
