Gilesindo Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Romano Milan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermelando Irizar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romano Milan in the 12th minute of play forced Snorlax FC's goalkeeper Hermelando Irizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Simón Chavez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zorros del Desierto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Hermelando Irizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mannuel Cofquecura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jasone Ovando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sherlock Holmes in the 18th minute. Jasone Ovando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sherlock Holmes in the 25th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Snorlax FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Balladares to maneuver through the defense. Mannuel Cofquecura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermelando Irizar having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mannuel Cofquecura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermelando Irizar was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Romano Milan scored 0-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermelando Irizar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Sherlock Holmes came free, but Jasone Ovando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermelando Irizar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sherlock Holmes to strike the kick off in the second half. Toma Hawk lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Jasone Ovando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elberg Gažo in the 55th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mannuel Cofquecura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermelando Irizar was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Snorlax FC's Hermelando Irizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Snorlax FC from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mannuel Cofquecura came free, but Hermelando Irizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An annoying self made goal, 0-6. Mannuel Cofquecura had several of the Snorlax FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Hermelando Irizar as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 83rd minute, Mannuel Cofquecura made a precise shot to the right of Hermelando Irizar. Snorlax FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. In the 87th match minute, Snorlax FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sherlock Holmes to maneuver through the defense. If Simón Chavez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Snorlax FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Mannuel Cofquecura scored to the left of an out of position Hermelando Irizar, making the score, 0-9. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zorros del Desierto had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
