Fan Xing Cheng started the match with the kick off. Horacio Jesus Carvallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sentis Ciblis, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 15 minutes into the match, Costa Pacífico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ni Zhen Feng came free, but Mateo Pedraza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16thth minute of the game Ni Zhen Feng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Pacífico FC's Mateo Pedraza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 17 minutes Costa Pacífico FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ruperto Ralondo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Baez FC's Ruperto Ralondo to fire away a dangerous shot which Mateo Pedraza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Horacio Jesus Carvallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fan Xing Cheng in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thalis Papazisis in the 21st minute of play forced Costa Pacífico FC's goalkeeper Mateo Pedraza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Thalis Papazisis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Pedraza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Jesus Carvallo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Witold Niewiadomski in the 29th minute. Mateo Pedraza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thalis Papazisis in the 34th minute of play. After the first half Baez FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Costa Pacífico FC made a substitution. Omar Castellon replaced Fernando Martel. The wind increased when Thalis Papazisis made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Ni Zhen Feng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baez FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fan Xing Cheng in the 56th minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Carvallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fan Xing Cheng in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Jesus Carvallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Costa Pacífico FC fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Costa Pacífico FC's Fan Xing Cheng looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fan Xing Cheng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Baez FC's zone, Fan Xing Cheng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horacio Jesus Carvallo came out of the goal and Fan Xing Cheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Thalis Papazisis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baez FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Costa Pacífico FC's Camilo Torrealba was substituted for Sentis Ciblis. In the 81st match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Ralondo to maneuver through the defense.
