In the 7th minute Gerard Utrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedas Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of C.F. Leftraro booed when Saint Sophia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Dunn didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Schmidt in the 16th minute of play forced Saint Sophia's goalkeeper Nedas Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nedas Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Utrera in the 17th minute of play. Gerard Utrera might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nedas Gol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerard Utrera ran back to his position shaking his head. Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theobald Sadin in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Saint Sophia's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Millanao came free, but Nedas Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When C.F. Leftraro's Amaru Marileo in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Theobald Sadin scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nedas Gol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 minutes Saint Sophia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eduardo Schmidt who took care of the corner kick. Nedas Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theobald Sadin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of C.F. Leftraro booed when Saint Sophia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Velez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gerard Utrera came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the C.F. Leftraro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerard Utrera couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lautaro Millanao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nedas Gol came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.F. Leftraro's Chico Ernesti. But to his dismay, Chico Ernesti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 58 minutes into the match, Saint Sophia's goalkeeper Nedas Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerard Utrera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Millanao in the 60th minute of play forced Saint Sophia's goalkeeper Nedas Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leftraro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcel Galarce helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute of the match, Lautaro Millanao tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nedas Gol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Amaru Marileo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nedas Gol. That made the score 0-7 in the 91 minute of play. When the match was over C.F. Leftraro could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Saint Sophia throughout the match.
