The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of SICARIOS Fútbol Club booed when C.A. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teddi Duro got free with Xaiver Rosende in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Yerko Gold dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xaiver Rosende, 1-0. SICARIOS Fútbol Club were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after C.A. Peñarol's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niceto Von Roques took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Teddi Duro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xaiver Rosende quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Xaiver Rosende came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Yerko Gold. But to his dismay, Yerko Gold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Xaiver Rosende was a little too slow when Yerko Gold got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 4-0. Xaiver Rosende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yerko Gold in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yerko Gold in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xaiver Rosende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. C.A. Peñarol's Estebano Levenier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roberto-Carlos Missel, made in the 37th minute of the game. C.A. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şensoy Atlıhan was the one to do the kick off. Anselmo Velin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Batista Maige read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. C.A. Peñarol's Xaiver Rosende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şensoy Atlıhan in the 88th minute of play. Xaiver Rosende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yerko Smart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estebano Levenier hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SICARIOS Fútbol Club fully deserved thier win.
