The audience was convinced that Bonifacio Cresconio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severo Estevez was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Club Atlético Atlanta's Bonifacio Cresconio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Bonifacio Cresconio might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severo Estevez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bonifacio Cresconio ran back to his position shaking his head.

The wind increased when Honorato Videl made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Melquiades Salvatore got control of the ball when Aaron Ortzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Pedro Rojelio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Nottingham Miedo's Honorato Videl got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Bonifacio Cresconio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nottingham Miedo's Severo Estevez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bonifacio Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Severo Estevez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Orkatz's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Atlanta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Orkatz helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Orkatz kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's Severino Huly sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severo Estevez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severo Estevez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Cresconio in the 70th minute of the match. Aaron Ortzi struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Melquiades Salvatore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nottingham Miedo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Cresconio in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Estevez saved Nottingham Miedo from getting behind. If Artemio Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Videl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Salvatore having to interfere.
