The audience was convinced that Honorato Videl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amador Mundo was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Gerardo Quinton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Orkatz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severo Estevez came out and tried to block the shot, but Epifanio Orkatz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Aaron Ortzi made a precise shot to the right of Amador Mundo. Barrilete Cósmico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Amador Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Ursino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Estevez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Epifanio Orkatz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 29 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Videl in the 36th minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico's goalkeeper Amador Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Salvatore hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorato Videl in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Mundo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anselmo Asur charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Asur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Anselmo Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorato Videl to make the kick off. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aristides Dalmau hit a great ball. After 55 played minutes, Nottingham Miedo's Iker Txanton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amador Mundo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nottingham Miedo reached it. 56 minutes into the match, Nottingham Miedo's Honorato Videl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amador Mundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Astor Calisto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrilete Cósmico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nottingham Miedo the free kick. After 61 minutes, Iker Txanton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nottingham Miedo and the Barrilete Cósmico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nottingham Miedo's Iker Txanton got a free kick in the 61st minute. If Epifanio Orkatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Orkatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Estevez having to interfere. After 88 minutes, Jacobo Basualdo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrilete Cósmico and the Nottingham Miedo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95thth minute of the game Honorato Videl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrilete Cósmico's Amador Mundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Videl came free, but Amador Mundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
