In the 3rd match minute, FC Kopenalguen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Bizi to maneuver through the defense. If Aaron Ortzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Estevez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Maiorga went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 14th match minute, Nottingham Miedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Ursino to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC Kopenalguen booed when Nottingham Miedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Orlondon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Quentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Apolo Quentin made a precise shot to the right of Severo Estevez. Nottingham Miedo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of FC Kopenalguen booed when Nottingham Miedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Orlondon didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Maiorga in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Estevez saved Nottingham Miedo from getting behind. After 29 minutes, Bruno Maiorga made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Nottingham Miedo's Severo Estevez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Maiorga in the 34th minute of play forced Nottingham Miedo's goalkeeper Severo Estevez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Kopenalguen were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Nottingham Miedo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victorino Pierres took the corner. When Aaron Ortzi came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Nottingham Miedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Ortzi couldn't finish the play. Aaron Ortzi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristian Bessone firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Orixe in the 44th minute of play forced Nottingham Miedo's goalkeeper Severo Estevez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th match minute, FC Kopenalguen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Sadurni to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 55th minute Aaron Ortzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Bessone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Nottingham Miedo got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Orkatz. In the 58th minute, Victorino Pierres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience held their breath when Victorino Pierres in the 62nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Severo Estevez's left hand side. Bruno Maiorga in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Severo Estevez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Nottingham Miedo's zone, Bruno Maiorga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Estevez came out of the goal and Bruno Maiorga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Bruno Maiorga put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Severo Estevez. If Bruno Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severo Estevez came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kopenalguen's Bruno Maiorga. But to his dismay, Bruno Maiorga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Maiorga in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severo Estevez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Severo Estevez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Maiorga's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Apolo Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Estevez having to interfere. A collision led to Nottingham Miedo getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gerardo Quinton hit a great ball. Celedonio Orixe hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Adolfo Ursino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
