Higinio Perrando charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Higinio Perrando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when FC Kopenalguen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Perrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Omar Cedro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Kopenalguen's Cristian Bessone. Cristian Bessone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FC Kopenalguen's Aaron Salomone got a free kick in the 21st minute. Victorino Pierres kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When MOEBIO's Omar Cedro in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kopenalguen's goalie prevented a goal. Celedonio Orixe hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes FC Kopenalguen got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Herena. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Alfonso Cai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Cristian Bessone made a huge save. 53 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's Omar Cedro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristian Bessone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute Fabio Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Bessone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Bessone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Cedro in the 62nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Apolo Quentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Tabor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 79th match minute, MOEBIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebeto Reno to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Sadurni kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Fabio Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Tabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Orixe in the 94th minute of play. MOEBIO were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
