The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Romeo Ubarna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Argider was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Romeo Ubarna put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fausto Argider. With an all-out effort, Boxitracio FC's Fausto Argider threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cayetano Gaitano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Isidoro Lluis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Dantae, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Serafin James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Lluis having to interfere. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berutti FC's goalkeeper Fausto Argider, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romeo Ubarna struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Fausto Argider didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boxitracio FC. 22 minutes into the match, Boxitracio FC's Romeo Ubarna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Argider narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Boxitracio FC's Romeo Ubarna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fausto Argider. Fausto Argider yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Romeo Ubarna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Argider having to make a save. Berutti FC's Fausto Argider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Ubarna in the 34th minute of play. Cayetano Gaitano kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Braulio Lawrence's late challenge caught a Boxitracio FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Lawrence helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Berutti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Lawrence to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Saul Silbestre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berutti FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Silbestre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Lluis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

56 minutes into the match, Boxitracio FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Lluis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafin James. Romeo Ubarna scored 4-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Argider, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto Argider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Ubarna in the 71st minute of the match. If Romeo Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Ubarna came free, but Fausto Argider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Berutti FC's zone, Romeo Ubarna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Argider came out of the goal and Romeo Ubarna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Boxitracio FC had won after a very even match.
