Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filomeno Silbestre started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Roque Boniel got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 4 played minutes FC Kopenalguen got a freekick which was hit by David Bizi. 5 minutes into the match, Constantino Maura notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Kopenalguen's Cristian Bessone. Cristian Bessone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jaime Hats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filomeno Silbestre. La Maquina 9-12-18's Jaime Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Montrell in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match La Maquina 9-12-18 got a corner. FC Kopenalguen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilfredo Francho ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on La Maquina 9-12-18's corner Atilano Otsando fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristian Bessone quite easily take care of the ball. Cristian Bessone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Hechter, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, FC Kopenalguen's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Otsando came free, but Cristian Bessone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, David Bizi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Montrell hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Maura in the 29th minute of play forced FC Kopenalguen's goalkeeper Cristian Bessone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Teofilo Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Amador Hechter. In the 36th minute, Arsenio Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zeledon Sadurni came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the FC Kopenalguen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Sadurni couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute of the match Wilfredo Francho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristian Bessone showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 43 played minutes FC Kopenalguen got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Oliviero. A collision led to FC Kopenalguen getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Victorino Oliviero hit a great ball. After the first half La Maquina 9-12-18 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Constantino Maura to make the kick off. Jaime Hats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Maiorga in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th match minute, La Maquina 9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Mitxel to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to La Maquina 9-12-18 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Teofilo Ofelio hit a great ball. Jaime Hats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 63 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Marcones. La Maquina 9-12-18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabio Montrell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Silbestre in the 84th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jaime Hats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Montrell came free, but Jaime Hats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Jacinto Marcones reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristian Bessone. The goal made the score 1-4. The La Maquina 9-12-18 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
