Angelo Cefero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Leoiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. After 6 minutes of play, Nonatos United's Angelo Cefero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Leoiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th minute, Angelo Cefero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nonatos United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 12th minute Nonatos United were awarded a corner. Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Cefero in the 13th minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacinto Leoiar saved Matheu City FC from getting behind. Jacinto Leoiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 23rd minute of play. When Angelo Cefero came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Nonatos United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Cefero couldn't finish the play. Angelo Cefero struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Jacinto Leoiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nonatos United. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Leoiar. Jacinto Leoiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 38 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink came free, but Jacinto Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Cefero scored 0-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto Leoiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto Leoiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Cefero's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Jacinto Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. A collision led to Matheu City FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Victor Salomon hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Angelo Cefero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacinto Leoiar, 0-5. After a rather tough play, Nonatos United's Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink got a free kick in the 55th minute. Jacinto Leoiar was a little too slow when Angelo Cefero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-6. Nonatos United's Rony Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Minas Makris in the 59th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Matheu City FC got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Leoiar. Nonatos United made a substitution. Téo da Silva replaced Angelo Cefero. After a rather tough play, Matheu City FC's Venancio Leoiar got a free kick in the 69th minute. Jacinto Leoiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo da Silva in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Minas Makris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Rony Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rony Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Minas Makris in the 80th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Matheu City FC defense, Téo da Silva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacinto Leoiar. The Matheu City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacinto Leoiar should have stopped the shot. Victor Salomon made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nonatos United's João Pedro de Amaral. When Téo da Silva in the 87th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jacinto Leoiar kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-8 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. If Téo da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Matheu City FC's Jacinto Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo da Silva in the 91st minute of play. Jacinto Leoiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Téo da Silva went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Leoiar having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Nonatos United's Téo da Silva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto Leoiar. Jacinto Leoiar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-10. The Matheu City FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nonatos United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
