Helmut Kunze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 4th minute of the match. Witold Czekaj could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Czekaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmut Kunze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmut Kunze. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Witold Czekaj in the 22nd minute. Witold Czekajs short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Casper Claes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th minute, Witold Czekaj left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FORZA BIANCOVERDE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. FORZA BIANCOVERDE's Helmut Kunze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 37th minute of play. Benedykt Zuraw's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Casper Claes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmut Kunze. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, FORZA BIANCOVERDE's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Helmut Kunze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Helmut Kunze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. After the first half Belgium were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Witold Czekaj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Zuraw in the 60th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FORZA BIANCOVERDE's zone, Siebe Michiels stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Helmut Kunze came out of the goal and Siebe Michiels tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincenty Hendzel in the 64th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Siebe Michiels could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Helmut Kunze however easily saved by the left post. After 66 minutes FORZA BIANCOVERDE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Vanderstraeten who took care of the corner kick. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Helmut Kunze in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, FORZA BIANCOVERDE's Helmut Kunze got control of the ball when Yves Dervaux tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yves Dervaux got free with Helmut Kunze in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 92 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Czekaj came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Helmut Kunze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Belgium's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
