Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Qi. Marcus Skytt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Wu Qi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samurai's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Wu Qi. But to his dismay, Wu Qi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Wu Qi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 19th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Samurai's Vince Di Cola managed to reach the ball for a save. Wu Qi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wu Qi in the 20th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wu Qi in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Bivall was slow to take the kick. During this time Samurai's players had a chance to rest. In the 34th minute, Wu Qi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wu Qi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wu Qi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Samurai's Wu Qi in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Wu Qi made the kick off in the second half. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Samurai's Abram Cadabra. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chris Mergenthaler during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 58th minute. Wu Qi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Allan Bivall made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand was substituted for Wu Qi. Samurai made a substitution. Terry Silver replaced Hernán Grana. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Samurai's Abram Cadabra. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Hultstrand in the 70th minute of play. Samurai's Allan Bivall got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Samurai's corner Allan Bivall fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esbjörn Hultstrand went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 81 minutes into the match, Timmy Henriksson notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timmy Henriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Esbjörn Hultstrand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esbjörn Hultstrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samurai's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
