Zé Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 5th minute of play. Mateus Catarinense hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Jairo Trancoso got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Katona Janos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 15th minute of play. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Saiko FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Sixto Ondino thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Zé Sabóia, a very annoying self made goal in the 20th minute which led to 0-1. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Bati in the 22nd minute of play. Zé Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 23rd minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Sabóia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Décio Dionísio got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 36th minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41stth minute of the game Eliseu Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Antal Valentin's late challenge caught a Saiko FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antal Valentin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antal Valentin to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseu Fonseca made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Bati in the 53rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After having played for 56 minutes, Gabriel Bati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saiko FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Bati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. If Hegedus Henrik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Saiko FC from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zé Sabóia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute Eliseu Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Walmir Garcia got a free kick in the 83rd minute. A hard shot by Antal Valentin from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Zé Sabóia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 85 minutes in the game, Major Barna fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Zé Sabóia having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Zé Sabóia made a huge save. After 89 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. In the 90th minute of the match Sixto Ondino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Saiko FC's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Sabóia came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Saiko FC.
