Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Erik Jilek made the kick off and thus started the match. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Sierralta in the 11th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Bohumir Kohout. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Quilempan, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Denis Dostal took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raúlo Roca. Raúlo Roca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Denis Dostal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Raúlo Roca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Polo during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Spartans FC's Alfonso Polo got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Gonzalo Tapia fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spartans FC's protests and gave Gonzalo Tapia a yellow card for diving instead. Gonzalo Tapia hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Jilek in the 23rd minute of play forced Spartans FC's goalkeeper Raúlo Roca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Erik Jilek came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Jilek couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Spartans FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Jilek came free, but Raúlo Roca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raúlo Roca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Jilek's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Xaime Hinojosa hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raúlo Roca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 39th minute, Valdemar Turecek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
In the 57th minute, Elear Socho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. If Denis Dostal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Valdemar Turecek got a free kick in the 64th minute. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elear Socho in the 66th minute of the match. Spartans FC's Alfonso Polo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bohumir Kohout in the 70 minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Denis Dostal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Rezek got free with Raúlo Roca in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Denis Dostal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czech Republic's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Dostal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raúlo Roca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Jilek in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raúlo Roca saved Spartans FC from getting behind. Elear Socho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. After 89 minutes, Svatopluk Capek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the Spartans FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Spartans FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Czech Republic to win.
