Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 16th minute of play. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Nebbia in the 17th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Maxime Durand successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 24th minute, Quentin Beaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Alberto Nebbia in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Donato Gonzalez sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. Donato Gonzalez came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maxime Durand could save by the left post. Donato Gonzalez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Maxime Durand when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Maxence Durand kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Aníbal Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remy Dupuy in the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
