An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Ler in the 15th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernan Ler struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fractal FC. If Viriato Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Lorien in the 23rd minute. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Arturo Lorien tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 33 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonides Jatsu who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Ler in the 37th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fractal FC's Fernan Ler in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portugal's goalie prevented a goal. Fractal FC were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonides Jatsu took the corner. Fractal FC's Leonides Jatsu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilson Amorim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fernan Ler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fractal FC's Leonides Jatsu. But to his dismay, Leonides Jatsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Misael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fractal FC's Bartosz Ziemniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 56th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bartosz Ziemniak, 3-2. Fractal FC's Bartosz Ziemniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Moreira in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Portugal's Viriato Moura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. With a little luck, Fractal FC's Bartosz Ziemniak got control of the ball when Felipinho Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 78th minute of play forced Fractal FC's goalkeeper Bartosz Ziemniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Fractal FC's goalkeeper Bartosz Ziemniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caetano Moreira. Silvio Dayam made in the 92nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rolando Misael. When Silvio Dayam fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fractal FC's protests and gave Silvio Dayam a yellow card for diving instead. Bartolomeu Dias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bartosz Ziemniak came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartolomeu Dias slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 95th minute.
