The audience was convinced that Issac Dawson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paul Bogrea was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Erik Carlsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. With an all-out effort, Bucare EFD's Khalid Kennedy threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jacques Huysmans, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After a rather tough play, Bucare EFD's Jacques Huysmans got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Bucare EFD's goal looked a bit too open when Issac Dawson came free, but Paul Bogrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Carlsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Carlsson in the 53rd minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bucare EFD getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cordaro Miro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micah Macdonald in the 60th minute of play forced Bucare EFD's goalkeeper Paul Bogrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Paul Bogrea throw himself and got hold of the ball when Micah Macdonald in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 63rd minute of the match, Micah Macdonald got a very nice opportunity to score, but Paul Bogrea was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Khalid Kennedy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacques Huysmans went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Carlsson in the 73rd minute of play. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacques Huysmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Micah Macdonald charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Micah Macdonald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Micah Macdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
