Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karsten Helmer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ayaan McGowan made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Altenmittlau's Laurenz Schur. Klaus Höfken's late challenge caught a Scotland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klaus Höfken helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, Altenmittlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaus Höfken to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fletcher Main in the 14th minute of play forced Altenmittlau's goalkeeper Detlef Resch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulrich Fiedeler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Altenmittlau's goal looked a bit too open when Zac O'Donnell came free, but Detlef Resch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Altenmittlau got a freekick which was hit by Thilo Nowak.

In the 53rd minute, Laurenz Schur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karsten Helmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 minutes, Karsten Helmer made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Scotland's Alexander Higgins tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fletcher Main's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Detlef Resch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. When Fletcher Main came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Scotland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fletcher Main couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Altenmittlau's goalkeeper Detlef Resch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fletcher Main. After 92 played minutes Altenmittlau got a freekick which was hit by Gerd Schiefer.
