Mánthia's Themis Pantelakos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 8th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Hungary booed when Mánthia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kreon Logarakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mánthia's Themis Pantelakos got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Mánthia's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Koulis Mestas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mánthia's goalkeeper Koulis Mestas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th match minute, Mánthia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themis Pantelakos to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Koulis Mestas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dionisio Dicastillo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Mánthia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Dicastillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Mánthia got a freekick which was hit by Alkmaion Bourikas. Koulis Mestas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 31st minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Dicastillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The wind increased when Dionisio Dicastillo made the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Dicastillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mánthia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rahman Dilhan in the 75th minute. The corner ended in Polybos Dalianis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. When Mánthia's Iphitos Gravari, in the 75th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Mánthia. Koulis Mestas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 77th minute. With a little luck, Mánthia's Koulis Mestas got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line.
