Desportivo da Huíla's Emílio Chivukuvuku got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Hortêncio Zamora in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Delmano Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Tiago Tremura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Hortêncio Zamora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Auer was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.
