The audience was convinced that Daniel Pimentel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Gizon was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Herminio Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 9th minute of play. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herminio Gizon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. ALIDIM FOR EVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Gelmiro in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Gelmiro in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Matias Gelmiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ALIDIM FOR EVER made a substitution. Arnulfo Sugoi replaced Bernardo Firmo. ALIDIM FOR EVER's Ramon Pueblo was substituted for Matias Gelmiro. ALIDIM FOR EVER's Jairo Selatse was substituted for Rigoberto Aragones. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Bruno Bastos got a free kick in the 65th minute. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Portugal made a substitution. Ramon Pueblo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Pueblo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Portugal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented ALIDIM FOR EVER from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
