Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. García Cuervas started the match with the kick off. Witold Blochowiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Comanche EC's Jean-Jacques Rousseau. But to his dismay, Jean-Jacques Rousseau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ediberto Abreu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Kahn. Germany's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes Comanche EC got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Witold Blochowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Comanche EC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Tostão Bastos hit a great ball. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when García Cuervas sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Jean-Jacques Rousseau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johannes Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 30th minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from García Cuervas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Isaksson having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Witold Blochowiak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witold Blochowiak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Germany booed when Comanche EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Blochowiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Sachs scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Isaksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute of the match Tostão Bastos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from García Cuervas, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Isaksson having to interfere. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Amílton da Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Comanche EC's Witold Blochowiak. But to his dismay, Witold Blochowiak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 81st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute of the match Ediberto Abreu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amílton da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by García Cuervas in the 87th minute of play. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johannes Isaksson having to make a save. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Blochowiak in the 92nd minute of play. Witold Blochowiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere.
