In the 15th match minute, Catarinense F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Osorio to maneuver through the defense. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catarinense F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Vörös Henrik got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Fernando Gabirel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catarinense F.C.'s Mauricio Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 24th minute of play. Takacs Tibor kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Mauricio Luke came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Quilo in the 30th minute. Mauricio Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 31st minute of play. Ciro Quilos short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 38 minutes into the match, Catarinense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Mauricio Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Ciro Quilo scored 2-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Ciro Quilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Catarinense F.C. booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Chao Guang in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Quilo came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 77th minute Ciro Quilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Catarinense F.C. defense, Balazs Lajos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauricio Luke. The Catarinense F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauricio Luke should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Catarinense F.C. booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vörös Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauricio Luke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. 93 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Ler came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Hungary were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Catarinense F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
