After some careless play in the CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Bertassi. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Clemente Prestes fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's protests and gave Clemente Prestes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Clemente Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Júlio Brasil's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Júlio Brasil helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hungary booed when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 37th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Ramiro Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Bertassi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hegedus Henrik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Bertassi having to interfere. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Ramiro Bertassi made a huge save. Ramiro Bertassi made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the game, Faustão Alagoano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Faustão Alagoano hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ramiro Bertassi was a little too slow when Major Barna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 69th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Ramiro Bertassi in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Hegedus Henrik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ramiro Bertassi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 82 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramiro Bertassi. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. 85 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Ramiro Bertassi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edinho Aparecido during the 88th minute.
