Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tata Rușanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tata Rușanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Tata Rușanu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 73 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tata Rușanu, 2-2. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Saul Silvanito sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. Germán Verdi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Benjamin Fernado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tata Rușanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Tata Rușanu however easily saved by the left post. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Héctor-Horacio Scotta's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. When Boros Benedek fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Boros Benedek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cable a Tierra booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball.
