In the 5th minute of the match, D.J. 赵云 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Ascaso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gabriel Ascaso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tamer Özgu in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that D.J. 赵云's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Ascaso was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Toledo in the 14th minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Lemi Uğurlubey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spain's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Omar Toledo in the 15th minute. In the 21stth minute of the game Omar Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute Gothic Souls were awarded a corner. Filomeno Olivos went to the cornerflag to take it. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Spain's Gabriel Ascaso got control of the ball when Radowit Dziuma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lemi Uğurlubey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 43rd minute of play. Gothic Souls were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Spain's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filomeno Olivos took the corner. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 56th minute, Erhan Ascı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gothic Souls's Ege Nesip was substituted for Erdinç Sarıalp. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamer Özgu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carles Cherro got free with Lemi Uğurlubey in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. 赵云 in the 81st minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, D.J. 赵云 notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Spain's Gabriel Ascaso. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lemi Uğurlubey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Ruiz in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Tamer Özgu got a free kick in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Ruiz got free with Lemi Uğurlubey in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Gothic Souls players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
