Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Artur Caldas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jacinto Ponte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Artur Caldas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 played minutes AD FAFE got a freekick which was hit by Cesário Linhares. AD FAFE's Artur Caldas got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Gustav Iseli got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Samuele Kunz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Santana was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Artur Caldas succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. The supporters of Switzerland booed when AD FAFE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesário Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuele Kunz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Jacinto Maurer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, AD FAFE's Artur Caldas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Artur Caldas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Artur Caldas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hias Nüssli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artur Caldas's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by AD FAFE's Artur Caldas. But to his dismay, Artur Caldas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. AD FAFE's Filomeno Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save AD FAFE from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Raul Sales left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AD FAFE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 78th minute, Artur Caldas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. The audience was convinced that Artur Caldas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Artur Caldas struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AD FAFE. 91 minutes into the match, AD FAFE's goal looked a bit too open when Samuele Kunz came free, but Filomeno Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Switzerland players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AD FAFE.
