Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Artur Caldas kicked off to start the match. Artur Caldas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Higgins having to interfere. Alexander Higgins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Caldas in the 6th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Cesário Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. AD FAFE's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesário Linhares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Higgins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Cesário Linhares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Cesário Linhares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacinto Ponte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexander Higgins. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Jacinto Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Higgins having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Jack MacKinnon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scotland's Alexander Higgins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Scotland from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Artur Caldas put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Caldas in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Juliano Azenha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexander Higgins. The goal made the score 3-0. Ashton Nelson charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ashton Nelson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes Scotland got a freekick which was hit by Ashton Nelson. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Caldas in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Artur Caldas put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alexander Higgins. AD FAFE's Artur Caldas got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Caldas in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexander Higgins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 40th minute, AD FAFE's Juliano Azenha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Artur Caldas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Artur Caldas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as AD FAFE's Artur Caldas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexander Higgins. That made the score 6-0 after 45 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Artur Caldas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. In the 55th minute, Artur Caldas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AD FAFE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 58 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Caldas came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ashton Nelson to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Ponte succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 9-0. Jacinto Ponte scored 10-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Higgins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 70 minutes, Artur Caldas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AD FAFE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Caldas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Higgins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artur Caldas's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. AD FAFE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jacinto Ponte in the 73rd minute. In the 81st minute, Raul Sales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Caldas scored 12-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Higgins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ashton Nelson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that AD FAFE were the better team. AD FAFE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
