Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Art Hauschildt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 20th minute of the match. Art Hauschildt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nando Pereira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Nando Pereira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-1. Titipounamu's Art Hauschildt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Nando Pereira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Titipounamu's Art Hauschildt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 39th minute of play. Nando Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Maximilian Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nando Pereira to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando Pereira in the 55th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Kees Mooiweer in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Titipounamu's Maximilian Larsson. The supporters of Titipounamu booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bas Tuitert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Hazar Hür was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Titipounamu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Titipounamu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hazar Hür to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 61st minute of play forced Titipounamu's goalkeeper Art Hauschildt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Bas Tuitert hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Titipounamu's Art Hauschildt. Art Hauschildt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 71 minutes into the game, Kees Mooiweer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Titipounamu's Melchor Sayveon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Hauschildt having to interfere. In the 75th minute Nando Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Titipounamu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Melchor Sayveon in the 76th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Titipounamu's Maximilian Larsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After having played for 85 minutes, Remington Dobson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Titipounamu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remington Dobson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remington Dobson in the 88th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
