Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nando Pereira got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximilian Larsson in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gust Ennemans got a free kick in the 5th minute. Melchor Sayveon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnout Reekers came out and tried to block the shot, but Melchor Sayveon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. With his leg Arnout Reekers managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Titipounamu's Nando Pereira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Art Hauschildt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Hauschildt having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximilian Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 20 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Art Hauschildt. In the 26th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaaf Groeneveldt to maneuver through the defense. Art Hauschildt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 30th minute of the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Art Hauschildt. Art Hauschildt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Titipounamu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bona Corona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Titipounamu. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Titipounamu's Nando Pereira. But to his dismay, Nando Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Titipounamu's Maximilian Larsson in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Titipounamu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Sayveon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Art Hauschildt came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 70th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Art Hauschildt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Wim Wilmes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titipounamu's Art Hauschildt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Titipounamu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Pereira in the 86th minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Art Hauschildt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Netherlands had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
