They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Cordero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Twelve Ravens's zone, Haroldo Alfonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Vanden Broucke came out of the goal and Haroldo Alfonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Haroldo Alfonso came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Alfonso couldn't finish the play. Roberto-Carlos van Beek's late challenge caught a Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto-Carlos van Beek helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Twelve Ravens's Roberto-Carlos van Beek got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Roland Vanden Broucke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Alfonso in the 74th minute of play. If Haroldo Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Vanden Broucke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haroldo Alfonso's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Twelve Ravens's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bernardino Llorenc was slow to take the kick. During this time Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Bernardino Llorenc to fire away a dangerous shot which Roland Vanden Broucke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Haroldo Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Haroldo Alfonso in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
