César Tepedino's late challenge caught a ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Emmanuel Vilaprenyo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Atlético Capixaba's Jean Schmidt didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Tobias Romildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Capixaba's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Romildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Varela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Felipe Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Camargo in the 21st minute of play. Emmanuel Vilaprenyo charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emmanuel Vilaprenyo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Claudinei Camargo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anthonio Zeppeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jean Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Atlético Capixaba getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Cleiton Netto hit a great ball. Jean Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthonio Zeppeli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Romildo in the 34th minute of the match. When Tobias Romildo fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Capixaba's protests and gave Tobias Romildo a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Romildo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Felipe Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Romildo in the 42nd minute of play.
