Adalberto Tróia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the game, Gil Code was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Here Comes the Hammer the free kick. After 14 played minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gil Code. When Valdir Velloso came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Here Comes the Hammer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdir Velloso couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute Valdir Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdir Velloso spun around in front of the goal 19 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goal. Charles Björkqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldair Code in the 23rd minute. After 25 minutes of play, Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adalberto Tróia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Here Comes the Hammer's Gustav Larsfelt got a free kick in the 29th minute. Charles Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldair Code, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Velloso came free, but Adalberto Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Code made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which David Berger however managed to control. Adalberto Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdir Velloso's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell John Eriksson to make the kick off. Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Sarmento in the 51st minute of play. John Eriksson hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 55 minutes of play Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Gil Code was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Club Sacode Football CIMZ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gil Code hit a great ball. Adalberto Tróia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valdir Velloso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 57 minute of play. With a little luck, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Adalberto Tróia got control of the ball when John Eriksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Adalberto Tróia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Sacode Football CIMZ from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Here Comes the Hammer walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
